Fullstar is a renowned brand that specializes in the creation and commercialization of Vegetable Choppers. With an extensive range of products in their catalog,
Fullstar has established itself as the leader in this category. Their fame skyrocketed last year when their famous Onion Chopper went viral on TikTok, captivating users with its efficiency and ease of use. Building on their success, Fullstar recognized the need to expand their product offerings to cater to a broader audience.
To achieve this, they reached out to me to design new innovative products, each incorporating their signature cutting mechanism. The result was a new version of their iconic onion chopper, enhanced with improved features. Additionally, I designed a tofu press, equipped with a cutting mechanism to facilitate the preparation of tofu-based dishes. Furthermore, I developed a brand-new Fruit Slicer, specifically designed to effortlessly slice various types of fruits. With these new additions, Fullstar continues to deliver high-quality kitchen tools that simplify food preparation and elevate culinary experiences.
NEW ONION CHOPPER
Collaborating with the Fullstar team, we collectively opted for the third concept, which entails incorporating top grips, a bottom bumper, and a cleaning component on the blades. This particular concept not only enhances the existing chopper but also maintains its original appearance while emphasizing crucial new elements that contribute to both branding and product utility. The concept garnered confirmation from a US audience, as they were genuinely impressed by the addition of the grip enhancements to the product
CLEANING MECHANISM

TOFU PRESS

This niche currently has a limited number of competitors, leaving ample room for innovation and growth. With the rise in popularity of vegetarian and vegan diets, the demand for tofu has been steadily increasing. Tofu is a natural and versatile product that serves as a vital protein source for those following plant-based lifestyles. As more individuals embrace these dietary choices, the market for tofu presses is poised for expansion. By recognising this trend, Fullstar can leverage its expertise in kitchenware to create innovative and user-friendly tofu press solutions that cater to the evolving needs of health-conscious consumers.

By focusing on this untapped market, Fullstar can pioneer the development of cutting-edge apple and fruit slicing solutions that cater to the needs of consumers who value convenience, precision, and innovation in their kitchen tools.
IDEATION
During the development of the fruit slicer concept, my primary focus was to ensure its alignment with the core values of Fullstar, emphasizing the brand's unwavering dedication to quality and functionality. Furthermore, I delved into integrating distinctive features into the Fullstar fruit slicer, differentiating it from competitors in the market and delivering enhanced convenience and innovative solutions to customers.
An astonishing revelation recently came to our attention as we discovered that the fruit slicers available on the market lacked an essential feature: built-in containers. Drawing from our expertise in creating containers with choppers, it became evident to us at Fullstar that we should introduce a solution in the form of a fruit slicer with an integrated container. Taking it a step further, we decided to innovate by opting for a circular shape, a concept completely unprecedented in the market. This choice not only allows for easy stacking and storage but also follows the natural shape of fruits more accurately. To make the product even more versatile, we went the extra mile and included a squeezer element, enabling users to effortlessly create their best juices using the same product. With this comprehensive approach, we strive to redefine convenience and efficiency in fruit preparation while offering a delightful and functional experience for our customers.
